  2. If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 2 days and credit the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  1. If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
  2. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item or proof of the incorrect item received.
  3. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the customer’s preference.
